It is our absolute pleasure to write a letter of reference for Beverly as a baby nurse. As first-time parents, it can be very overwhelming to bring a newborn baby home from the hospital. However, as soon as we arrived home, Beverly was already hard at work preparing for our arrival. Beverly always kept up with the baby's laundry and kept her room immaculate. She also helped guide us with much needed tips on how to change and bathe the baby. Additionally, Beverly has a wonderful, sweet and laid-back personality. She always sang to our baby to comfort her and was extremely patient with her even at times when the baby's crying wouldn't subside. In fact, when the baby cried, Beverly looked at getting her to stop as a challenge. In addition to taking such good care of the baby, she was very proactive in finding household chores to do when the baby was sleeping or if we were taking care of her. We quickly had enough trust in Beverly that we were able to go out to dinner a couple of times and did not have to worry about the baby. One other aspect of Beverly that we appreciated is that while we always felt her presence when it came to the baby, she was always very professional and sensitive to giving us our "family time". Ann worked for us as a baby nurse between November 16^th and November 26^th, 2003. It was important for us to have a nurse who would be flexible with our style and help us transition into the parenting role. After a short interview with Ann, we were especially impressed with her upbeat, friendly and easy-going personality, and we decided to hire her.

It was very helpful to have Ann in our home during the first days of our daughter's life. She participated with all aspects of her care including feeding, changing, bathing, washing her laundry and organizing her clothes. She also sang to the baby and seemed very natural and warm with her. In addition, she performed extra chores around the house including helping with the dishes and cooking. A couple of times we went out and felt totally comfortable leaving the baby in Ann's care.

I highly recommend Sherma as a baby nurse. She is a caring, competent, knowledgeable woman with years of experience. Sherma worked for my husband and I and helped us to learn everything we needed to know to properly care for our newborn baby. I needed extra help in learning to breast feed and prepare for going back to work which included learning to schedule the baby and freeze my milk so that the baby can benefit from the breast milk for a longer duration of time. Sherma quickly and effectively put the baby on a schedule so that our daughter is now sleeping 4 - 5 hours a night (which is great for us although it doesn't sound like much if this is your first child!)

I have already given Sherma's name to several friends and business associates who are expecting babies in the near future. I highly recommend her to you also.
